Yo no naci sino para quereros;
Mi alma os ha cortado a su medida;
Por Habito del alma misma os quiero.
Escrito esta en mi alma vuestro gesto;
Yo lo leo tan solo que aun de vos me
guardo en esto.
Quanto tengo confiesso yo deveros;
Por vos naci, por vos tengo la vida,
Y por vos e de morir y por vos muero
Translation:
I was born to love only you;
My soul has formed you to its measure;
I want you as a garment for my soul.
Your very image is written on my soul;
such indescribable intimacy
I hide even from you.
All that I have, I owe to you;
For you I was born, for you I live,
for you i must die, and for you
I give my last breaht.
awwwwwwwwww.............. so sweet huh?
some things shouldn't be said in English, other languages make it sound so much more 'refined and close' comparatively. French, German, Spanish, Japanese ... anything... But MUSIC is even stronger... its explains and says whatever that cannot be put into words by people ( the composers) , music has to touch the audience inorder to make it a good performance.
Long hours of rehearsals, running rounds, the tears, the sweat, the laughters, the joy and the angst during the many months of preparation... For what? Just for the Medal in the end? the reward? Character building is still the most important, BONDING ...
haiz... if you keep working towards the medal... nothing will ever be achieved... just see what you can do to your best today and we'll see what we can get today, not tomorrow... tomorrow will be a different day, we can never predict what's gonna happen tomorrow.
Emotions... music is about displaying emotions... just feel the music... the best music touches the heart... throw yourself into the music... get into the atmosphere... heard of rehearsals of famous orchestras in the past that when they rehearse a sad piece and really get into the mood... after the piece finishes, they'll break into tears. Music is that powerful, don't ever underestimate the power of music.
Hope people will understand ... Music is about touching the audience... not getting a medal... what's the point if you can play all the notes on the page and not make any music?
Making Music is an Art... playing notes is just plain primitive...
