"A new birth of a legacy "

haiz.... so sad that everything has come to an end... no more band practises in the sun anymore.... no more shouting.... no more spins.... no more turns.... no more hentak exercises.... no more drills...... sigh..... now we'll be concentrating for indoor....

an ungodly hour to blog... but well.... didnt get home like 12 + 1 am... hahaha.... what you expect? and i'm gonna wake up at 9 to watch 7th heaven... hahah....

hmm.... today(saturday) started with me going to CCAB to get extra tickets for syo's concert.... who wanna go? i took quite a number....

went to pingyi... only to see everyone( girls ) Q-ing up to get their hair tied scorpion style... hahah... tt took like the whole day to do.... had M.T listening compre today... so couldnt practise until like 12+.... sian... then we made alot of noise in the band keep getting complained....

Did a final run through.... we were confident of putting up a good show...

reached the stadium... as usual...we were the first.... wasted alot of time.... could have practised more or maybe even have a decent eating place at pingyi first... members had the sit on the grass to eat their nasi lemak.... thank god that we reached early as well... so many feather problems....

I WAS THE OFFICIAL FEATHER REPAIRMAN ..... hahaha... finally found a proper solution to the feathers.... those whose feathers dropped during comp.... didnt let me do their feathers la.... idiot... ASKED SO MANY FREAKING TIMES... who's scared of their feather dropping or anything.... just let me do.... NO.... no one bothers.... see la.... drop.... haha... then dun dare to see me... haha....

haiz.... did quite a bad job compared to the rehearsal in my opinion.... but everyone felt better... weird...

Deyi... hmm.... just love their sideline percussion... especially their glocks.... their maple flag gimmick didnt turn out right.... was better in april....

Pingyi Springfield.... march in percussion was too soft.... haiz.... then things started heating up... 20th century Fox fanfare... was nicely put up... mace throw was good... then firebird... forming of diamond... then dunno wad.... blah blah blah.... Star... the right side didnt managed to join up.... first person marched too much.... think we should stop the follow the leader trend.... should just follow strictly to specific steps which was supposed to be that way .... then Gim kai dropped the mace... AAAaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh........ was so scare at that point in time.... nevermind la.... then diamond... abit out of shape la.... had better diamond before... then splitting of the diamond.... followed by the mask.... ok la.... but could have been curved from the beginning.... our mask was straight... ahahah.... then the two lines.... as usual... during this week.... it was always impossible to reach in time for the 2nd row.... why ah? Followed by SYF 04... the 0 4 dun seem to be able to come out since the beginning... but who cares.... rotation was quite nice.... cept that the top part could have spread more.... hmm.... then the final part towards the end.... the tubas don't seem to be able to reach also.... haiz.... it came to an end.... it was the end for us.... but hey.... we didnt aim for the Top display band.... it was impossible....

oh.... forgot to say we had a change of uniform... haha.... Deyi was shocked to see us when we walked passed them... their dancers looked damn scared after looking at us.... and then Deyi went into "prayer" session.... heads down, eyes closed. HAhaa.... the uniform really left an impression for pple.... well... its just different from the usual band uniform you see in singapore la.... hahaha

Tk... loads of gimmicks.... lucky thing we were seated beside them before comp...me and qinqing were observing tk's gimmicky stuff.... haha... leanrt some things... might apply for the next comp... if we're even taking part in it la... ahaha.... alot of ideas.... better write down and take note....

TK... haha... alot of gimmicks.... used chinese drums and SUONA !!!!!!!!! UNFAIR LOR... changed the whole damn bloody tone colour of the BAND.... idiot la.... was finding it strange to see Derrick at the SYF opening today... was wondering why he was with Tk... and he said something about Suona... haha... must be it... and Jovan asking me for Derrick's number... it all links... FREAK LA !!!!!!!!!....... CB..... haha... LJ....

nothing much to say abt tk... was just 'norm'... haha.... Bowen was better

Bowen.... march in... usual thing.... then their formations and gimmicks... nice... alot of "oomph"... haha.... they're really a good representation of YOUTH in the Singapore YOUTH Festival... haha... they looked so much more Vibrant la.... they just had plain simple and nice gimmicks.... dance... was definitely their Forte... haha.... the audience loved their cheeky butt-shaking dance... haha... hahaha.... hahahhahahaa.....

No more tick-tock tick-tocks for bowen... haha... the doggy leg thingy... haha... nvm... oh well... didnt get anything back except for the GOLD la.... which was finally for us to keep.... coz we were to not take part in the finals ... the Gold would be forfeited... haha...

damn sleepy ...... got to wake up...... cheers........

went to fisherman village to eat... took photos in pingyi for like 2 hours... hahaha... left there late... coz was playing at the play grounds.... hahahah.... cheers...
